2013-05-25 Check in [207.0 @ 36.0] - Shelby 7

this week sucked.
  • Sunday - Tuesday:  Did really well with everything.  Good energy, good strength (squat session on Monday kicked ass), felt fine.
  • Wednesday & Thursday - extremely worn out.  Just exhausted, and no energy.  I was fine until then, but just dead both days.  Was supposed to lift on Thursday, but could not get the energy.
  • Friday - still hungry & worn out.  Took stimulants & tried to lift.  Got through 2.5 sets of TB Deads (sets of 6), and almost fell over.
Also - digestion issues.  Regardless of how much fiber and/or salad I consume.  Very watery stool.  Not diarrhea.
