this week sucked.
- Sunday - Tuesday: Did really well with everything. Good energy, good strength (squat session on Monday kicked ass), felt fine.
- Wednesday & Thursday - extremely worn out. Just exhausted, and no energy. I was fine until then, but just dead both days. Was supposed to lift on Thursday, but could not get the energy.
- Friday - still hungry & worn out. Took stimulants & tried to lift. Got through 2.5 sets of TB Deads (sets of 6), and almost fell over.
