Business trip Sunday night - Tuesday afternoon
  • Monday meals
    • protein shake
    • 2 quest bars
    • turkey sandwich (removed most of bread)
    • 2 quest bars
    • turkey sandwich (removed most of bread)
Hungry on Monday, due to sporadic feeding schedule.
Tuesday, friggin dead.  Exhausted, constantly hungry, just fragged.  Partially due to short sleep on Monday, partially due to travel & sporadic food, but still - ugh
Wednesday - Friday:  Not bad.  Pretty damned good on Friday.
Saturday - fraggin HUNGRY
