- Restarting everything today. Had a couple of down weeks, including a business trip last week.
- Test Cypionate cycle 2 starts today, along with Arimidex
- Starting up HotRox (2x 1pill) & Creatine again
- Lifting: Going for proper GVT. No wimping out, no skipping workouts, etc. It is only 25 days, I can make it.
- Diet: Carb cycling (breakdown below). Obviously will adjust based upon results
