Waist:  35.5 (-0.5)
Arm:  16.5 (--)
Thigh:  24.75 (-0.25)
Calf:  15.25 (+0.125)

The losses are surprising.  I only lifted once (maxed on bench & deads on Monday).  Did cardio Sun - Tues, and then ate like crap the rest of the week, due to another DC trip.  Still, not complaining.
