This past week was PSI planning and lots of prep for it.

I did a pulse-feast on Friday.  I believe that was my only saving grace.
1/2 serving of MAG-10 every couple of hours from 07:00 - 16:00 [total of 2.5 servings], SWOF pre/intra, then dinner (~70g P + 60g C).

Trying a Shelby-esque carb cycling routine (new meals below).
Goal:  2 high, 2 Mid, 3 Low.  Compared to previous weeks, this will provide a deficit of
