Nothing major to report this week. Had bacon twice as a fat source (bad me).
A bit irritated/confused with my glacial progress. Lost mass this week, unlike the previous two weeks, but I did not lose anything off of my waist. Which is my main objective.
Ah well, upcoming week will involve less food and more cardio.
