Two weeks in a row where I have dropped 1/8" and gained 1/4#.  I like it

Goals
1.  Smaller waist (it is too large for comfort)
2.  Get stronger

Routine
Lifting:  3 day conjugate style (Mon/Wed/Fri)
~20 minutes SS bike 2-3 days/week
